Return Eligibility
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Products must be free from stains, odors, damage, or excessive wear.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used pillows
- Opened mattress toppers
- Opened bedding products that have been used
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Personalized or customized products
Any item returned in an unsanitary, damaged, or heavily used condition may be refused.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
After review, we may provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace products that are:
- Damaged

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The product is defective
- The product arrived damaged
- We shipped an incorrect item
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
